In this course a perspective is given on the concept of 'qi' for research purpose, clinical application and transcultural perspective. 

Qi in Chinese, Ki in Korean and Japanese is a concept of cultural science about which many misunderstandings have risen due to mistranslation and interpretation. In this course the different aspects of this problem are being highlighted, and which the participant student needs to reinterpret and add to with personal research. 

The course is segmented in: 

  1. discussions on traditional values and applications
  2. scientific comparison of falsehood
  3. modern esoterics of east and west
  4. modernist falsifying research due to misinterpretation

The module can be followed in around 150 hours of studyload.
